Crystal Batt is a Registered Veterinary Technician. She was a graduate from Nova Scotia Agricultural College now Dalhousie Agricultural Campus in Truro, NS. She was in the second graduation class from Animal Health Technology in 1993. Four years after graduation she wrote the Veterinary Technician National Exam and became a Registered Veterinary Technician.

After graduation Crystal worked at Oaklawn Farm Zoo and then worked at few Veterinary practices throughout NS and NB. She was also an instructor for Veterinary Technician at a college. Once she started having children she back went back to work in veterinary practices. In 2006 her husband was transferred to Vancouver Island and they lived there for almost 18 years. The family recently moved back to Kingston, NS.

She grew up on the Bay of Fundy and loves being back. She has 3 amazing children. Two are in University and one still in high school.

She has 2 border collies that are 2 years old and are very active..surprise! She also has a cat that she adopted from a previous clinic over 13 years ago.

When she not at work Crystal enjoys camping, hiking, swimming, kayaking, fishing and landscaping her new home. She is a crafter and always has projects on the go in the winter.
